Rock Stadium Entrance

Outdoor // Branding

A series or Rock legend art pieces

Rock 102 wanted to dominate the entrance to Saskatoon’s Stadium. I designed roughly 30 pieces of art featuring Rock legends to takeover the entire available space.

I came up with the idea of using a sexy lumberjack to sell the toques and then built the concept around that.

A humorous piece that I strived to achieve a real sense of grittiness with.

I really like how the light rays are displaced by the raised structure of the text.

]]> Street League https://saltedliquorice.com/portfolio/street-league/ Mon, 19 Dec 2011 17:31:27 +0000 http://saltedliquorice.com/?post_type=portfolio&p=860 A fun little homage to Street League Skateboarding.

Stylized concrete text with a focus on texture and lighting.
